Radiant Broiler with Overhead Warming Oven adds high-capacity broiling to a sectional range.
  • The broiling grid adjusts to four heights, and rolls out for easy access.

  • A blower delivers fresh, filtered air to prevent smoke and vapors from affecting broiling efficiency

  • An overhead warming oven is heated by the broiler flue gases.

Free Standing Infrared Broilers

Blodgett infrared broilers broil in half the time with 1/3 less gas than ordinary broilers. The burners reach operating temperature in just 90 seconds, and their intense infrared energy quickly heats the food, not the surrounding air.
  • The broiling grid adjusts to four heights, and rolls out for easy access.

The Blodgett Infrared Cheese Melters are ideal for melted-cheese dishes, Mexican foods, casseroles, au gratin dishes, meringues, omelets, and plate warming.
